Marinated Chicken Cutlets with Granulated Garlic, Onion & Olive Oil
- 8 chicken cutlets
- ½ lbs margarine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoon fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoon chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoon granulated onion
- ¼ cup olive oil
Spray skillet with pareve margarine. Arrange chicken in a single layer and brown on both sides over low heat. Remove chicken from skillet. Add all remaining ingredients, cook until all ingredients are combined. Return the chicken to the skillet and let simmer about 15-20 minutes. Served well with angel hair pasta or baked potato & asparagus spears. Garnish with parsley & orange twist.
